Tamaki Community Development Trust is a local social services organisation that has supported families in Tamaki for over 25 years. Our vision is "partnering for change." We exist to partner with families through offering long-term wrap-around mentoring support so that Whanau can be healthy and thriving members of their local community.

Tamaki Community Development Trust (TCDT) is seeking an experienced and New Zealand registered Social Worker to work within a multi-disciplinary pastoral care team at Tāmaki College. 

Tāmaki College is a school of approx 700 students and serves the communities of Glen Innes, Pt England and Panmure.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Māori and Pasifika students and their whānau, the ability to work in a digitally enabled learning environment and be willing to uphold the school values of Respect, Innovation, Success and Excellence (RISE).

The Salary offered will be in accordance with the relevant experience outlined in the Social pay equity guidelines.
