Tamaki Community Development Trust is a local social services organisation that has supported families in Tamaki for over 20 years. Our vision is "partnering for change." We exist to partner with families through offering long-term wrap-around mentoring support so that Whanau can be healthy and thriving members of their local community.
We have started a Maths Club for children in the Tamaki area from years 1 - 10. These are mainly remedial classes to help the children of the families that we work with who find Maths challenging.
The Building Awesome Whanau Parenting Program (Parents Inc.) will continue this year (2018). Contact Pauline or Shannon at the Glen Innes Family Centre if you're a parent needing some skills in this area and you live in the Tamaki region.
